Enjoy a newly finished 1 bedroom unit on the ground floor overlooking Arkles Bay, Whangaparaoa. Bedroom has comfortable queen bed, large ensuite and a kitchenette with toaster, kettle, microwave & Nespresso machine & fridge. Note: No oven or cooktop but it’s 5 min walk to cafe, bars, restaurants, supermarket etc.
Unit has own entrance, via a sheltered sunny patio, a back deck with beautiful views over the water to Weiti River, Long Bay Regional Park, Rangitoto & Auckland.
We’ve just started renting out our new self contained unit on ground floor, with own entrance. Nice covered deck with comfortable seats and table overlooking sea and sun trap on the driveway side.
Has tea and coffee facilities inc. toaster and kettle and microwave oven. The main house is above where owners live with its own entrance and deck.
All water in house is rainwater, so wonderful to drink! Please do be mindful that you are using tank water so avoid long showers or wasting water while brushing teeth etc.
Recycling: we aim to look after our environment so ask that you separate out any recycling into the bin provided, as per the recycling information.
Guests can use the bottom deck and the grass area downstairs.
Guests can also use the small north facing patio with white bench seat.
ON WATER TANK = please be mindful when showering / using water that we are on tank water so it is limited.
